Future Stars
1 UTR & Under
High Performance ROGY
These training sessions are designed for young athletes who are eager to develop as tennis players and enjoy competing from an early age. The program focuses on building fundamental racket and footwork skills before introducing proper technique across all shots. Players are immediately trained in executing an "All-Court" playing style and participate in competitions such as Novice Tournaments, DTC Shootouts, and the Mini Stars Tour. This group practices three times a week in 1.5-hour sessions, with a minimum of one private lesson per week. Conditioning is also integrated into drills to enhance overall athletic performance.


Challengers
1+ UTR
Players training for USTA, UTR, & Middle School/High School events
These training sessions are designed for players competing at the top sectional level. Athletes train with regular balls on a full-sized court and develop an "All-Court Game" by mastering net transitions, serve-and-volley tactics, and both offensive and defensive strategies from the baseline. Coaches emphasize point construction through spin variation, depth control, and angle adjustments. Mental training is integrated into the program, along with at least two conditioning sessions per week. This group practices four times a week in sessions of up to three hours, including conditioning, with a minimum of one private lesson per week. Players are required to compete in at least two tournaments per month.
Masters Touring
5+ UTR
Players training for USTA, UTR, & ITF Events
These training sessions are designed for players competing at the Super National level or ranked in the top 200 nationally. Daily practices focus on competitive and situational training, emphasizing tactics, strategy, and the ability to adapt technique in various point scenarios. Coaches prioritize developing key weapons, particularly the serve, and using it effectively to construct points. This group trains 4 to 5 times a week in sessions of up to three hours, with weight training integrated into their regimen and a minimum of one private lesson per week. Players in this group compete in no more than three tournaments per month.
